Job Description : Drive marketing and business development of rice mill machinery and allied technical products across Bangladesh. Identify, approach and build relationships with rice mill owners, millers, and industrial clients. Conduct technical product presentations, demonstrations, and pre-sales consultation. Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and negotiate orders. Gather market intelligence — competitor activity, pricing, emerging technologies. Achieve assigned sales targets and report pipeline, forecasts, and activities to management. Coordinate with engineering, service, and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
